- Locate your confirmation email
- Scroll to the bottom and click "Set Up Account Now"
- Setup a new account by clicking "Claim My Account"
- Enter your email address and click "Send Me The Link"
- Check your email and follow the instructions
Once you are signed into your account, click on the "Tickets" tab in the top center of the screen.
Click "View Details"
Click "Edit"
Select your new desired date and time.
Scroll to the bottom and click "Save".
In the event that we are sold out for the new date/time, it will not let you rebook the ticket.
If you want to add additional tickets, it will ask you to charge the original credit card.
A refund will not be allowed as they are non-refundable as per the terms.
